Teresa Gaglione

Teresa Gaglione is an experienced corporate attorney who has spent her career assisting clients in an outside general counsel position. Teresa also has significant litigation experience.

Teresa graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Denison University with a focus on cellular biology, genetics and genomics, and ecology. After working at her alma mater for a year, Teresa started law school at Loyola University of Chicago and graduated fourth in her class.

Teresa loves working through complicated matters and finding the most efficient and effective path forward. Teresa has assisted clients with matters such as drafting trademark cease and desist letters, assisting with multimillion dollar mergers and acquisitions, and managing trademark portfolios. Teresa believes that a great attorney is one who is informed of the law, responsive to their clients, and eager to do a great job. Teresa intends to demonstrate those qualities to each and every client of Chiacchio IP, LLC.

In addition to her work as an attorney, Teresa enjoys tending to her vegetable garden, cooking and baking, with a special interest in sourdough baking, and spending time with her daughter, husband, and their two rambunctious dogs.
